Does the parent app cost anything?
No. The app is free for parents. Your child’s school pays for SchoolEasy.
I have more than one child at the school. Do I need several accounts?
No. One sign-in shows every child the school has linked to your phone number or email address, and you switch between them in the app.
What if I don’t have a smartphone?
You still get a text message when your child is marked absent. The app adds report cards, lesson notes, notices, messages, and fee payments.
Is it safe to pay school fees in the app?
Payments go through Paystack, which handles your card or bank details, and settle to the school’s own account. You get a receipt for every payment.
Can I message my child’s teacher?
Yes. You can message your children’s teachers and the school admin directly. The school sets who can message whom.
Can I see my child’s results before the school releases them?
No. Report cards appear in the app when the school publishes them, and you get a notification when they do.
